Do I need a referral to book an appointment at Hills Pelvic Physiotherapy?

No referral is required to access our services

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes. Please bring your private health card to swipe on the day (or you can tap via your Apple Wallet) . It is dependent on your private helath company and level of cover as to how much they will cover. It is best to contact your private health insurance provider for more details on this.

Do you accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan?

Yes. If you have been provided a care plan from your GP then please bring this along to your initial consultation. You will be required to pay in full and then Medicare will rebate a portion of your appointment fee.

How long are the appointments?

Initial Pelvic Floor Consultations and Athlete Assessments: 60 minutes

Initial Pregnancy/Postpartum/Musculoskeletal Assessments: 45 minutes

Extended Follow-Ups: 45 minutes

Standard Follow-Ups: 30 minutes

Do you have parking onsite?

Yes there is free street parking available on Columbia Way, Spurway Drive and Solent Cct. There is also plenty of parking available at Visy Dior Hotel (free for the first hour then $4/hour following this). Please find more information on parking and how to find us under the "Contact Us" tab.

 

Can I bring my child into the session with me?

Of course! Your children are more than welcome to attend.
