Do I need a referral to book an appointment at Hills Pelvic Physiotherapy?

No referral is required to access our services

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes. Please bring your private health card to be able to swipe on the day. It is dependent on your private helath company and level of cover as to how much they will cover. It is best to contact your private health insurance provider for more details on this.

Do you accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan?

Yes. If you have been provided a care plan from your GP then please bring this along to your initial consultation. Medicare will cover a portion of your appointment fee but you will need to pay the remainder.

How long are the appointments?

Dependent on the appointment type initial consultations are either 60 or 45 minutes long and subsequent consultations are 30 or 45 minutes long.

Do you have parking onsite?

Yes there is plenty of parking available on site​

 

Can I bring my child into the session with me?

Of course! Your children are more than welcome to attend.
