It is important to see a women's health physio both during your pregnancy and postpartum. We are trained in optimising your pelvic floor for birth, whilst also managing any concerns or pains that arise during pregnancy. Our postnatal consultations assess abdominal separation, pelvic floor concerns and scar tissue management.
